考試範圍及內容:

TOGAF™ is an architecture framework – The Open Group Architecture Framework. TOGAF is a tool for assisting in the acceptance, production, use, and maintenance of enterprise architectures. It is based on an iterative process model supported by best practices and a reusable set of existing architectural assets.

The purpose of enterprise architecture is to optimize across the enterprise the often fragmented legacy of processes (both manual and automated) into an integrated environment that is responsive to change and supportive of the delivery of the business strategy. Effective management and exploitation of information through IT is a key factor to business success, and an indispensable means to achieving competitive advantage. An enterprise architecture addresses this need, by providing a strategic context for the evolution of the IT system in response to the constantly changing needs of the business environment.

TOGAF™ Foundation

• Basic Concepts: introduces the basic concepts of enterprise architecture and TOGAF™. This provides a high-level view of TOGAF™, enterprise architecture, architecture frameworks, and the contents of TOGAF™.

• Core Concepts: describes the core concepts of TOGAF™ 9.

• Key Terminology: introduces the key terminology of TOGAF™ 9.

• Introduction to the ADM: introduces the Architecture Development Method (ADM), the objectives of each phase of the ADM, and how to adapt and scope the ADM for use.

• The Enterprise Continuum and Tools: describes the Enterprise Continuum and tools; its purpose, and its constituent parts.

• The ADM Phases: describes how each of the ADM phases contributes to the success of enterprise architecture.

• ADM Guidelines and Techniques: describes guidelines and techniques provided to support application of the ADM.

• Architecture Governance: describes Architecture Governance.

• Views, Viewpoints, and Stakeholders: introduces the concepts of views and viewpoints and their role in communicating with stakeholders.

• Building Blocks: introduces the concept of building blocks.

• ADM Deliverables: describes the key deliverables of the ADM cycle and their purpose.

• TOGAF™ Reference Models: describes the TOGAF™ reference models, including the Technical Reference Model (TRM) and the Integrated Information Infrastructure Reference Model (III-RM).
