PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate

考試範圍及內容:

PRINCE (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) provides a framework for effective management of any size or type of project. This standard method is not only used in UK Government Departments, but also in the private sectors. This method has also been adopted by a number of overseas Governments and multi-national companies or integrated within their existing project management approaches.

學生對象:

從事任何行業的項目管理人員。

Foundation section: 12 小時 / 共 4 堂

Practitioner section: 9 小時 / 共 3 堂

課程內容:

1.	Identify the typical characteristics of a project .
2.	Explain the benefits of a structured approach to project management.
3.	Identify the relationship between the project environment and the daily business of an organization.
4.	Identify the differences between the project lifecycle and the product lifespan/lifecycle.
5.	Identify what part of a product lifespan/lifecycle is covered by PRINCE2®.
6.	Explain the main elements of PRINCE2®, including the eight processes, the components and the techniques.
7.	Understand PRINCE2® terminology, including customer, supplier, user, product, Business Case, exception and stage.
