PRINCE (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) provides a framework for effective management of any size or type of project. This standard method is not only used in UK Government Departments, but also in the private sectors. This method has also been adopted by a number of overseas Governments and multi-national companies or integrated within their existing project management approaches.
