  ITIL®    
  Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) 是一套公開、用於規範資訊技術服務管理的架構,可利用流程將現有資源做最佳化,進而提昇資訊技術服務水準。直到現時,全球大多數的企業與機構,當中包括:IBM、HP、Microsoft、P&G、HSBC、CA等都遵循 ITIL® 的流程來提升資訊技術服務效率。

ITIL 2011 Foundation(Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management) 認證令從事 IT 服務管理的人員了解 IT 服務管理的和 IT 基礎設施的重要性,掌握服務管理的流程及相互間介面。

ISO/IEC 20000 is the world's first international standard for IT Service Management (based on ITIL®).

It was introduced in late 2005 as the new international, independent Quality Standard for IT Service Management. This quality standard specifies the practical procedures an organization should follow to improve the quality of its IT Service Management processes.
