Course Objectives : |
|

| |
Business Analysis is a formal business discipline aimed at understanding an organization's business needs and finding viable solutions. Business Analysis addresses an organization's business needs and strives to improve its structures and processes. It is widely known in information technology projects, for example, up to 60% of errors occur during the requirements' gathering phase. Therefore, it is important for business and project success that Business Analysis is completed by skilled analysts who are trained to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and find solutions. This unique set of skills is essential to bring about organizational change. |

CBAP® Application Requirements: |
|
|
| |
- Work Experience Requirement:
7,500 hours (five years) business analysis work experience.
- Knowledge Areas Requirement:
Demonstrated experience and expertise (900 hours, i.e., 6 months) of business analysis work experience engaged in tasks aligned with the BABOK® Guide in at least four of the six knowledge areas.
- Education Requirement:
High school or equivalent education.
- Professional Development Requirement:
A minimum of 21 hours of professional development in the last four years.
- Reference Requirement:
Two references.
