Agile Project Management Section:

The Agile Project Management qualification aims to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want to be Agile. Based on the proven fundamentals within DSDM Atern, the new certification provides the ability to deliver Agile Projects in organizations requiring standards, rigour and visibility around Project Management, while at the same time enabling the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile.

PMI-ACP Section:

The PMI-ACP validates a practitioner’s ability to understand and apply agile principles and practices on basic projects. The PMI-ACP demonstrates that a practitioner can select agile principles and practices as a project management approach based on the needs and demands of a specific project.

Scrum Section:

Scrum is an agile framework for completing complex projects. Scrum originally was formalized for software development projects, but works well for any complex, innovative scope of work. The possibilities are endless. The Scrum framework is deceptively simple. This course covers Scrum basics, including the framework, mechanics, and roles of Scrum. But it also teaches how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity, and the total cost of ownership of software products.
